Language, however, puts information first and manipulation second. Suppose I were to explain to you Einstein's theory of relativity, or Chomsky's theory of a biologically based language organ. I would totally go on a date with someone for the purpose of hearing them talk about Chomsky. If they did a good job of it, sure, there would be a good chance of the act of mating, but there are several other very important differences between human beings and animals that you should know about.
