I've been getting this message when I go to refresh my available network list

The thing I was pointing out is that when I can't get to the internet, Microsoft is telling me that I can find out how to fix the problem by logging onto a website.

Sorry, missed that - I guess they just make their default assumption that you can use some other computer to pull up the url they supply.
