Date: 2008-05-19 08:10 pm (UTC)But when I was eight my mother bought a '67 Saab, and it had seatbelts, and I liked to pretend I was a pilot; since pilots had to strap themselves in, I did; anytime I was in a car which had them.
I'm slight, but I'm not worried about that aspect. I figure it means I'll be further back, and so the energy won't be so bad. Better a hard knock, and then release, than trying to stuff the steering column up my gut.
