I'm relieved to see what you were wearing, and having read your account now, I'm also relieved to know you weren't too badly hurt.

I'm past the worst of the sore. The wreck was on Monday.

But yeah. I was pleased to not have as much pain in my lats/small of my back as I was expecting. Really, I got off easy.

proper gear is your friend. I am HORRIFIED at how many folks I see riding in flip flops and shorts.
