Back when I played D&D, the majority of my characters tended to be NG, with some LG. I find it amusing that CG is second, and a pretty close second, because I tend to think of myself as being against Chaotic behavior.

They are the world-view structures (and affect how and what people can be/will do) for the game Dungeons and Dragons.

I tend to drift around the Neutral categories, Neutral Good, and Lawful Neutral, though I've played some of the rest.

The nastiest, and hardest to play, though not the hardest to be in a game with, is the Lawful Evil, who will do whatever he can, in his own self-interest, so long as it isn't against the law (whatever law he happens to ascribe to, local custom may not be the ruling philosophy in his life).

The hardest to be in a game with is the Chaotic, esp. neutral and evil, because, with varying strictures, they do what feels good, at the moment, and Devil take the hindmost.

Makes the unpredicatble, and short-lived. I've seen more than a few get fragged.

My top score was identical to yours; my next three were the same categories as yours, but rearranged. I never played much D&D, though I made a few descents in a friend's about 25 years ago. His was largely invented by himself, so I never knew anything about these categories. (One of my characters was Raquel, who could drive males mad with lust. I now have a drop-dead gorgeous 14-year-old daughter named Rachel. Be careful what you wish for.)

Yep, and I took (and still take) NG for most of my D&D characters. Well, except that I'm still very fond of my TN Tao-quoting Druid.
