The only sources I know for those are either Brooks Brothers (at $220 per shirt) or one of the Wild West sutler shops. They sure don't come cheap.

Vintage stores, but you have to be prepared to keep going back until you find the size, or else leave them your phone number and size and they'll often keep an eye out for you.
