Every so often I go and re-read a friend or twos LJ, they, after all, may have some bit of prose I want to re-read. It also helps me to think of them (esp. the ones who post infrequently) as complete people.

So, diddy-bopping back through akirlu I found out that she is (out of some 64 countries one might be) Canada.
