Hell, I'm feeling great. The rest of my unit is home, back in the states, here at Ft. Lewis. By mid-week they will be coping with the blessed trials of resuming a life interrupted.
Every single one of them came home, and the worst off of us is probably me, which is pretty damned good (two Purple Hearts, nicks and scratches). None of the other battalions in the brigade was so fortunate.
I expect to be home in not more than two-weeks.
So, to wrap this up..
