Schriever AFB is one of the few I haven't been too. Gotta love an Air Force brat. :D

Magdalena and Balthazar

Actually I think I used to have that for my Western Civ. class. Not one of the ones I kept though.

Seems I missed two bullets.

Did you have, "The Lisle Letters" edited by Muriel St. Claire Byrnne?

If I didn't have only a couple of hundred books here I could have picked one without worry, but I know what some of my friends libraries look like... scary to try and find a unique volume. I might have been limited to specific editions.

Hmmm...
Book: Where do I start? How about a book on shorthand published in 1925?
CD: Again, a bit difficult. How about "Tired of the Green Menace?" (The Ruby the Galactic Gumshoe pilot).
Movie: Ozark Savage
Place: Sumitomo Electric manufacturing plant in Osaka Japan

Am I reading this correctly, that you too have a copy of Magdalena and Balthazar?

Wow, on re-reading my original response it made absolutely no sense. Let me try again:

No, I have never owned "The Lisle Letters".

I had a harder time picking a unique CD since I've either given copies of most of my weird stuff to friends, or been given them in return. As far as books go, I've got a lot of weird textbook stuff left over from random college classes that I can fall back on.

It made sense, I think I made a non-sequitorial jump. The Lisle Letters was one of my other choices, and I was wondering if you had it (since they are of an ilk).

It's probaly out of print

Copyright 1986 The Steven Ozment Family Trust (which is interesting, because he is the named illustrator, no author is given).

Simon and Schuster

Library of Congress Catalog number DD177.P38A4 1986

Dewey Decimal number appears to be 943.03
ISBN 0-671-62440-7

It's cloth, in a half quarto binding. Cost 16.95 new, and I got it for free (having a used bookstore in the family means I have lots of odd things which didn't cost cash, but were rather traded to people for other books. It's where lots of my odd cookbooks came from).

It may have made sense to you, but I looked at what I wrote and went "Huh?" =)
