In almost every jurisdiction, including Federal, nursing is specifically exempted from indecent exposure laws.
Yes, it's exempt, but that doesn't mean it can't be used as a threat. I've been threatened, more than a few times, with things that would not stick, but that doesn't make the possibility of arrest, a night in the cells, bail, etc., any less real, it just means I am most likely to prevail.
That's where the vague urge to be craven comes in. If I just let him win, then I won't have to fight for the things which ought to be mine by right.
I know. So does she; she's an attorney as well. I suspect he does too, which is why "threat" did not become "citation". But that he even tried such a stunt was a thing I found mind-boggling.
