A time waster

It's a flash game. Bad guys enter at A, exit at B. Kill them and you make some money. Let them out, and the money you would have made is deducted. They run around the bases one more time. After each level some interest is applied to the money not spent.
You are only allowed 20 escapes.
The money is good for more weapons. Every seven levels earns a chance to develop a new kind of weapon, or to increase the interest rate.
Me, I can get to level 34, but have yet to pass that.

Date: 2007-02-01 07:13 am (UTC)I've been working a minimalization strategy, where I don't spend any more than I have to, and even risk letting one, or two, slip past me, so that I can accrue interest, and buy better weapons.
The other thing is siting the towers so they have sequential zones of fire, i.e. they finish on the the tail end, before the head swings round, so they get to fire on everything for two complete sets.
Splash is the other big factor. Water slows things, and that builds clumps, which all take a small bit of damage from splash.
I'm not building any land earth towers at all.
