Wow, I wish I'd said it that well

But, as the result of recent flappage in his blog, John Scalzi (who is worth reading) posted his version of the rules, here.
It's a damned succint statement of things, and sums up my thoughts (apart from the degree in Philosophy of language, and the making a living by writing, though I've been doing it, in public, for the past twenty plus years [and I learned to type on the job, and a pencil could correct all problems, someday I'll be a decent typist. The day after that I'll stop doing all my blogging as first draft, stream of thought writing, the day after that someone will give me a pony]).
