Things in Spain look to be getting better, ETA declares "permanent" ceasefire

The armed Basque separatist group Eta has declared that a ceasefire it called four months ago is now "permanent and general" and open to verification by international observers.

I don't know how they intend to manage the, "verification", but if this means less domestic terrorism in the world, I'm for it.
