Bloody hell

The past month has been hectic.

Prepping for the show at LosCon (nothing sold; not a huge surprise. The venue wasn't really right for photography, but it got me off my but to get things hung. Now to shop the portfolio around, and get things framed when I get someone to hang them for sale).

Thanksgiving.

Working on the proposal for the cookbook.

Prepping for this three week(ish)trip to Germany. That's been the real time such for the past week, since lots of little details were left hanging, and the holiday in the middle made it harder to clean them up.

So, if I'm around, it will be intermittent, and brief. Tomorrow mornning (0430, poor Maia has to take me to the bus) to staging, Weds. to Germany. Home on the 15th.

I will. It's sort of a vacation (though I won't get to sample as many local beers as I might like).

As such trips go, it's less work than most, and more work than some.

I'd hope that the wait at the airport is the wurst part of the trip.

As it is, the bratwurst I had for lunch was pretty good.
