Silver linings?
The looking for the missing photos has had the benefit, of me finding some stuff I'd mean to play with before this. It's not that I lost months of work which really bothered me. No, I can't replace the lost images, but most of them; even the good ones, are nothing I can't live without.
No, it's the memorial ones, the souvenirs which irk. The people/place shots which were of a moment in time I should like to have mementos of.
Ah well. I do have a trio of shots from the trip to Chicago last November. Right before the lacuna.
