If we believe his good intentions. If what we're told--and all he's willing to tell us, because the rest is "not for public forums"--is that these women will not be allowed to leave the island that he's running, why should I trust that they'll be, officially and actually, allowed to say no when he or one of his assistants asks them for sex, whether it's a straightforward "hey, let's have sex," or the same sort of financial or quasi-financial transaction they've dealt with in the past ("sleep with me and you can take this math course/have a better room/get those notebooks you need/not have to work in the kitchen"? Or are we supposed to believe that no men can be trusted, but all no woman has ever made a pass at a teenage girl?

Among other things, if this is purely altruistic, why isn't he interested in saving boys from the sex trade?
